Please be aware that all products are completely hand-made by our small team at the Ulverston factory. The materials arrive as sand ‘batch’ and leave as crystal fit to grace the noblest tables in the world. Orders are often made specifically for the customer as the production time involved in the making of each piece precludes us keeping large stocks. The manufacturing processes required to make each piece of crystal take between 10-18 days & each piece of glass requires the collective skills of at least 12 artisans. Recognising this, wherever possible please give us as much time as you can to craft your exquisite crystal for you.
