Our team are always delighted to embellish our lovely presentation boxes with a beautiful purple paper and with a bow and gift tag.
Gift Wrapping is available for three general box sizes. Small, Medium and Large. The price is per individual box. Below is a guide to illustrate the range of products we can typically get into each box size.
Small Presentation Box Wrapping: H:10.5 W:10.5 D:10.5 cm. This box size holds a single Old Fashioned or Double Old Fashioned tumbler. This is typically a branded Presentation Box, but if this is not included in the product price a non-branded box will come as standard .
Medium Box Wrapping - Standard: H:20 W27.5 D:13 cm. Most suitable for a single decanter, or a pair of wine glasses.
Medium Box Wrapping - Branded Presentation Box: Holds pairs of most wine glasses & Highballs. 4 tumblers. Review this box
Large Box Wrapping - Standard: H:25 W23.5 D:22 cm. This box comfortably holds sets of six of most of our stemware and barware glasses.

UK Free postage on orders over £200 (£10 for orders under £200)
EU €30 for all orders, which includes all shipping, duties and taxes.

Standard collections full price items
Our products are handcrafted by our small team of artisans on a made-to-order basis. If your product must be handcrafted especially for you, we will be in touch to inform you of this and advise you of an anticipated delivery date. You will not have to wait any longer than 8 weeks if we do not have your order in stock, but we always endeavour to deliver to you much sooner than this. If we are unable to deliver your order in time for a special event, you will be given the option of a Commissioning Letter that can be gifted whilst waiting for your crystal to arrive. Please state in your Order Notes (which can be found on the Basket page) if you require for a certain date.

From first contact to the delivery of our tumblers the team couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and friendly. But the “icing on the cake”, for us, was how utterly easy Anton made having our glasses engraved. He sent us mock up pictures of how the glasses would look in different fonts.
We were absolutely thrilled when we received the glasses - how perfectly balanced they feel in our hands and how the crystal sings when you pour a dram of your favourite tipple.
As we were so thrilled with Cumbria Crystal’s friendly customer focus, the quality of the tumblers and the ease of having them engraved by Anton two days later we ordered a Boogie Woogie Grasmere tumbler and had it engraved for a friend.
