These are made with exactly the same love and care as all our crystal but as they are not made to order are only visible on the website as-and-when we have them available. Each item of handmade crystal, by its nature, is slightly different from its predecessor. After all it is made by humans, not machines. Within reason this is expected and absolutely validates the heritage authenticity of the product
