Crafting exclusively by hand inevitably means that a small proportion of our products do not pass the rigorous quality checks required to be assessed as Premium Quality. These are classified as Outlet Products and have one or more minor issues leading us to reclassify them. They are made with exactly the same love and care as our Premium Quality crystal but are only available as-and-when we have stock. We do not make them to order. If you don't see something you want then please check again in a few weeks as we may then have crafted more by then, or consider the Premium Quality option.

Some of the products in this collection have recently been discontinued. Designs II, III & IV remain available as Gin Glasses, Tumblers and Champagne Coupes.

Hand-made crystal by its nature has minor variations, after all it is made by humans not machines, so no two products are exactly the same. Within reason some variation is desirable as it illustrates the hand-made authenticity of the product. Typical reasons to reclassify include very small bubbles; chord (a visible optical swirl in the glass caused by evaporation of materials from the glass crucible being collected on the end of the blowing iron; very slight colour variation; weight variation or wall/rim thickness variation. Premium Quality products have fewer of these issues.
