Shipping policy

Goods will generally be shipped via courier. Within the UK we use a next day service. You will be provided with a shipping reference. If goods have left Cumbria Crystal and you require an update as to the delivery, or wish to change delivery details/times you should initially contact the courier, not Cumbria Crystal. This is generally faster. Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once goods are delivered or signed for. The company accepts no liability for lost or stolen goods if they have been left outside the property. The company only accepts liability for goods delivered to the agreed address.

International: If duties, or local taxes, are due in your country our couriers will contact you to arrange payment before delivering the goods. Cumbria Crystal has no control over these taxes as they vary from country to country and will be paid to your government by the courier. If you are have any concerns about a request for duties/taxes please contact us before rejecting the delivery as this may incur significant re-delivery charges.

Please note - prices displayed on our website currently include 20% VAT for UK customers, BUT exclude any VAT for all overseas customers.
