Delivery update Thank you for considering ordering from Cumbria Crystal. The unique hand-crafted nature of our crystal means most items will be created by our artisans especially for your order. This applies to both Premium Quality and Factory Outlet products and can take up to 8 weeks. If your item is intended as a gift and we cannot craft the goods in time, we are happy to supply a Commission Letter in the meantime (please state this in your order notes).
