Small Crystal and Wood - Hurricane Lamp: CS-553-STAR
Candle lovers will appreciate this delicate decorative Hurricane lamp. This light holds a standard T-light candle that fits into a metal sleeve inset into a hand-turned hard wood base. The decoratively cut crystal helps protect you from naked flames whilst casting a myriad of decorative patterns over your tabletop. This is the small Hurricane Lamp option. The distinctive crystal designs are hand-cut cut on a diamond lathe by our craftsmen and women and are highly polished to better refract the candle light and scatter decorative patterns around the room.

What is there not to love about handmade English crystal. I have been using Cumbrian English crystal for over 40yrs. My first pieces were sherry glasses in Grasemere pattern. I then treated myself to Grasemere champagne flutes. This crystal is timeless and I love seeing it on programs like ‘Downton Abbey’ I have so much Cumbrian crystal and use it daily. Recently I bought the apprentice Christmas baubles and got carried away buying 24. He limited edition 2024 champagne and Martini glasses, well I have bought so many as gifts for friends. If you do decide to buy Cumbrian crystal remember you are buying a bit of English history. A special shout to Tom and Nick ( well everyone really) this team is a team and the passion they have for this beautiful crystal
