Grasmere Small Highball: BT-103-GR-FO
Grasmere is our most popular traditional pattern. It was designed by Lady Grania Cavendish, one of the original founders of the company in 1976, in classic Georgian style. You may recognise the collection used on set of the worldwide hit drama Downton Abbey. Its time consuming and complex design is achieved by using flute, mitre, diamond and olive cuts and the design requires our whole team of cutters to produce it.

Crafting exclusively by hand inevitably means that a small proportion of our products do not meet our standards to pass the rigorous quality checks required to be assessed as Premium Quality. These are classified as Slightly Imperfect or Outlet Quality. Slightly Imperfect products will have minor inconsistencies such as small bubbles, stones, slight discoloration, or subtle variations in size or weight. Customers for whom compromise is not an option should consider our Premium Quality alternative.

Our products are handcrafted by our small team of artisans on a made-to-order basis. If your product must be handcrafted especially for you, we will be in touch to inform you of this and advise you of an anticipated delivery date. You will not have to wait any longer than 8 weeks if we do not have your order in stock, but we always endeavour to deliver to you much sooner than this.

Received my order here in the USA just a few short weeks after placing my order at the factory in England. Much sooner then expected. Due to the size of my order, 40 pieces of stemware and a punch bowl, there so a few problems with customs on entering in the USA. I'm hoping this will be a learning experience for the team at Cumbria Crystal and they can alert other people that place a large order of what will be required. The items arrived safely and where all well packed. I could not be happier with my order. This IS the premier crystal stemware as far as I'm concerned.

Exceptionally lovely glasses with a weight which suggests gravitas whilst the cut glass exudes joy and celebration.
I bought 2 Grasmere whisky tumblers. The craftmanship is beautiful and a lovely weight. Altogether a thing of beauty.

A heavyweight for the first few drinks but then your mind says 'yes', this is how a whisky glass should be. I bought one from the outlet and to be truthfully honest I can only see 2 minute bubbles, it's 95% of a new glass.
Difficulty with delivery which was terrible but the tumbler is superb and my son loves it

I have had my eye on this for a while and finally took the plunge. I’m so glad I did because it looks great.
The best way to enjoy a G&T is within a gorgeous Grasmere Crystal Gin Glass. The qualify of the glass and the feel when held completely added to my drinking experience, it felt so wonderful and I am convinced my Gin tastes even more delicious.
Our decanter is amazingly beautiful. Try as I might, I can’t find any imperfections that made it outlet quality.
Love this design. I hope some more pieces will become available, especially the wine glasses.
