I have just received this beautiful gin and I am amazed with it's beauty, quality and craftsmanship.

I bought this online. The system did not allow for a ‘gift message’ and I also wanted to exclude a price or invoice as it was a gift i wanted delivered. to friends as wedding present (as many retailers do).. As soon as I got the order acknowledgement I sent a reply email and also to customer service with all
my contact details and requesting the above. But nothing, zilch, nada. Would it have been so difficult send me an email or put a note in the package? Anyway they like the item which I’m sure is lovely. but an opportunity to help make it special was missed by Cumbria Crystal.. I’m keen to support this firm and like their work, but is it worth it?
We bought these glasses after some deliberation from seeing them on Downton Abbey series after series. Whilst the price is higher than what we have paid for glasses previously, the quality of these is unbelievable and we should have taken this step long before now.

We live in Australia where the only Australian made glass is a jam jar. Cumbria Crystal is a great British company that would only be made better if it re located to Aus. We just purchased the Palm ice cooler which will compliment our Palm collection. Cumbria Crystal not only produces a great product but the delivery system to us in Australia is quick and informative.
These have become my favorite glasses to have scotch. These are heavy and are made of incredible quality. I was also impressed with the service. One of the glasses had a minor chip at the lip and they immediately sent me a replacement glass. Look forward to buying more in the future.
Their beauty enhances our cocktail hour, the weight of the glass is perfect in the hand and has enough heft to hold the temperature keeping our cocktails cold.
This bauble is sparkling magic. If you like a tree with multicoloured lighting this is the one for you. Classy and heavy. Beautiful internal patterning and fabulous delivery. Fast and protected. They have really nailed this and a great price point too. I love it.
Looks good and holds a reasonable amount of liquor plus lots of ice. Outlook price reasonable - postage price disappointing!!!
The weight of the glass feels incredible. Worth every penny. The perfect addition to my James Bond collection.
