Shipping policy

Goods will generally be shipped via courier.

Within the UK we generally use a next-day service. You will be provided with a shipping reference. If goods have left Cumbria Crystal and you require an update as to the delivery, or wish to change delivery details/times you should initially contact the courier, not Cumbria Crystal as this is generally faster. Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once goods are delivered or signed for. The company accepts no liability for lost or stolen goods if they have been left outside the property. The company only accepts liability for goods delivered to the agreed address.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

ALL EU countries, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore: Duties, Taxes and Shipping costs are included in the price you see. The final amount you pay includes all applicable duties and taxes. You are guaranteed that there will be no additional charges on delivery.

Other countries:  You have the option to pay local Duties and Taxes during the checkout process. Goods are shipped internationally by courier.
