Shipping policy

UK orders will be shipped by either Royal Mail or Fedex.

International orders will be shipped by DHL.

 

Once your order has been made ready for dispatch you will be provided with a shipping reference. If goods have left Cumbria Crystal and you require an update as to the delivery, or wish to change delivery details/times you should initially contact the courier, not Cumbria Crystal as this is generally faster. Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once goods are delivered or signed for. The company accepts no liability for lost or stolen goods if they have been left outside the property.
