If your product must be handcrafted especially for you, we will be in touch to inform you of this and advise you of an anticipated delivery date. My husband loves his new glass, bought on behalf of my daughters for Fathers Day. I chose the smaller of the tumblers as he prefers a slender glass for a dram of whiskey rather than a great big tumbler. He says it’s the nicest glass he’s ever had.

Received my order here in the USA just a few short weeks after placing my order at the factory in England. Much sooner then expected. Due to the size of my order, 40 pieces of stemware and a punch bowl, there so a few problems with customs on entering in the USA. I'm hoping this will be a learning experience for the team at Cumbria Crystal and they can alert other people that place a large order of what will be required. The items arrived safely and where all well packed. I could not be happier with my order. This IS the premier crystal stemware as far as I'm concerned.
