It's just the most beautiful glass I've ever held

Hand made, wow, what artisans. The quality is without parrallel, lovely weight to the glass, just right. Decanter looks fabulous i am sure the royal family would approve. Tactile, real, british, and just gorgeous. Thank you and keep doing what you do, well done cumbria crystal x x x

My first goblet was actually from the set of DA and was obviously a very special glass for me but as an old, disabled man who lived alone, I didn't have many occasions to use it. The morning after my 2021 Christmas dinner, a careless caregiver knocked it over and shattered it on the countertop. Knowing that at my income level, this glass was well out of my affordability range and only a possession of mine because of the opportunity to buy a set piece, I didn't replace it. My (darling) son moved in with me the following year to become my full-time caregiver, and I introduced him to Downton a few months ago. When he learned of my loss a few years back, he offered to buy me a new one. I found this replacement in the outlet because I couldn't let him buy one at full price and now I have my beautiful replacement, courtesy of my son's compassion and generosity. The box arrived in America, 100% undamaged. The glass was double-boxed and packed with the utmost care. Christmas 2025 saw Grasmere on my dinner table. I am not able to find a reason for this example to have been sent to the outlet but I certainly am happy that it found its way into my home because I just love this glass.

I bought two of these as a Christmas present for my son and his fiancé! They are really beautiful! A good weight, beautifully cut and the reference to 007 was a fun addition! They arrived in good time, and really well packaged. Highly recommend!!!

I purchased the Grasmere Wine Set for friends in England for Christmas. I was apprehensive to place an order as I live in the United States. Cumbria Crystal deserves more than five stars. The staff was outstanding, the purchasing directions were easy to follow and the transaction went smoothly. The staff at Cumbria kept me apprised of every step, up to delivery date and time. The package arrived in time for Christmas. My friends stated that the crystal was in perfect condition, packed with love and care. Cumbria Crystal made two families on both sides of the Atlantic happy and grateful this Christmas. I shall continue to purchase more from Cumbria for my friends. Thank you.

Absolutely stunning! My husband loves it. Just a shame it was the last one. I’ll keep checking back in case some more become available.

I love baubles I collect them I’ve gone through the alphabet and only have Q z and x I hope I got it right with the Cumbria one being Ulswater x

I purchased this set as a gift for my husband and I to add to our collection and what a treat. The glasses are so much bigger than I expected and I must confess we had a small accident. One was knocked onto the floor but survived with zero damage done thank god, proving they are stronger than expected too.
