Crafting exclusively by hand inevitably means that a small proportion of our products do not meet our standards to pass the rigorous quality checks required to be assessed as Premium Quality. These are classified as Slightly Imperfect or Outlet Quality. Slightly Imperfect products will have minor inconsistencies such as small bubbles, stones, slight discoloration, or subtle variations in size or weight.

We bought these glasses after some deliberation from seeing them on Downton Abbey series after series. Whilst the price is higher than what we have paid for glasses previously, the quality of these is unbelievable and we should have taken this step long before now.

We live in Australia where the only Australian made glass is a jam jar. Cumbria Crystal is a great British company that would only be made better if it re located to Aus. We just purchased the Palm ice cooler which will compliment our Palm collection. Cumbria Crystal not only produces a great product but the delivery system to us in Australia is quick and informative.
These have become my favorite glasses to have scotch. These are heavy and are made of incredible quality. I was also impressed with the service. One of the glasses had a minor chip at the lip and they immediately sent me a replacement glass. Look forward to buying more in the future.
