This collection is occasionally produced for a bespoke client. The crystal available here is stock surplus to requirement and is sold rather than recycled to minimise our environmental impact.
The Double Old Fashioned tumbler is illustrate here alongside the slightly smaller Old Fashioned tumbler (BT-101-MON-FO)

Crafting exclusively by hand inevitably means that a small proportion of our products do not meet our standards to pass the rigorous quality checks required to be assessed as Premium Quality. These are classified as Slightly Imperfect or Outlet Quality. Slightly Imperfect products will have minor inconsistencies such as small bubbles, stones, slight discoloration, or subtle variations in size or weight.

Standard collections full price items
Our products are handcrafted by our small team of artisans on a made-to-order basis. If your product must be handcrafted especially for you, we will be in touch to inform you of this and advise you of an anticipated delivery date. You will not have to wait any longer than 8 weeks if we do not have your order in stock, but we always endeavour to deliver to you much sooner than this. If we are unable to deliver your order in time for a special event, you will be given the option of a Commissioning Letter that can be gifted whilst waiting for your crystal to arrive. Please state in your Order Notes (which can be found on the Basket page) if you require for a certain date.

This is the second item from the Grasmere range I’ve bought (also bought the 12oz Whiskey Tumbler a few months ago) and they are very good quality. You can feel the weight of the glass & the cutting is outstanding. Customer service is also excellent, straight forward ordering and delivery was good.
I had a set of ten balusters and one was accidentally broken. Thank you for this very heavy and beautiful piece and my set is back to ten in total now,

This is a lovely heavy, well cut whisky glass. It makes a perfect present, and feels great in the hand. As an added bonus, the customer service is second to none.
